15 years of experience, and her superior customer service
skills are second to none, and have enabled her to gain

Tom is responsible for getting your order to your dock
on time and meeting specifications. Over 20 years of PCB
experience has allowed him to manage our network of vendors
to ensure the delivery of quality printed circuit boards. |

Hsu, Taiwan Operations Director.
Katherine received her MBA in the US and applies her formal
education and her more than 8 years PCB experience in
Taiwan to oversee the vendor production process. Katherine
continuously monitors production and quality issues to
ensure boards are shipped according to schedule and the
